According to the Charle's Law : For a fixed mass of gas at constant pressure (P) ,the volume is directly proportional to the kelvin temperature (T). So, if we double the volume, the temperature will also be doubled.

Mathematically, At constant P and Mass (or no. of moles = n)

V ∝ T

Or, T1 /T2 = V1 /V2

T1 = 240 K

T2 = 127º C = (273K + 127) = 400 K

Let the V1 = 1L

V2 = T2/T1 / V1

= 400 K/240 K = 1.67

% change in volume = (1.67L-1L)/1L x 100 = 67%
