man's age - x years

elder son's age - y years

younger son's age - z years

x=3y

x=4z

(x-10) +(y-10) +(z-10) =65

3y-10+y-10+3y/4 -10 =65

4Y -30 + 3y/4=65[x=4z=z=3y/4]

16y+3y/4=95[z=x)4=z=3y/4]

19y=380

y=20 years

x=3y

x=3*20

x=60 years

z=x/4=z=60/4

z=15 years
