8 oranges at=₹1

Let CP of 1 oranges=₹x

Means 8x=₹1

x=₹1/8

CP of 1 orange=₹1/8

Now

10 oranges at=₹1

Let SP of 1 orange=₹x

Means

10x=₹1

x=₹1/10

CP of 1 orange=1/8

SP of 1 orange=1/10

LOSs=CP-SP

1/8-1/10

5-4/40

=₹1/40

loss percentage

loss \div \: cp \times 100  \\  \\  \frac{1}{40}  \div  \frac{1}{8}  \times 100 \\  \\  \frac{1}{ \cancel{40}}  \times \cancel 8 \times 100 \\  \\  \frac{1}{ \cancel5}  \times  \cancel{100} \\  \\  = 20\%

\boxed{\mathbf{\huge{Loss=20\%}}}
