Some of us hated school, some of us loved it, others just took it for granted. But years later, when we looked back at our schooldays, we did so with a certain nostalgia, affection for that time of our young lives .. The stories and poems have been illuminated by the delightful illustrations of that master artist, atanu roy. as a result, i shall treasure my copy. i hope you will too.

Schooldays are the growing up years of our life. It is the time that we never forget. All the fun and the experiences are special and unique moments. Many memorable bonds are made with some unforgettable people. Wonderful friends and inspiring teachers give an extra glow to our childhood. School plays, music concerts, river-rafting or hiking in holidays, reading new books are yet other spectacular moments.
In this unique collection of stories, Ruskin Bond recalls his fun-filled schooldays with humour and affection. He remembers the honour of being a Boy Scout, the pleasure of belonging to a secret club.....
