Did time exist before the universe was created, or did that come later?
Does time only flow forward or are there exceptions?

Time didn't existed before the Big Bang , time came into existence alongwith the occurrence of BigBang.

Time is considered as a dimension , it only flows forward but there are some loop holes too,

Wormholes ( scientific imaginary celestial sphere ) is considered to be a loophole in the the dimension of time , which means it can be used to travel through time through there.

But it doesn't mean that time can flow backwards .... it always flow forward , loopholes don't reverse the flow of time.
