to find the the coordinate where it cuts x axis put y=0 in the eqn thus 3x=6
x=2
thus point will be (2,0)

3x+4y=6 cuts x axis when y =0
so putting y =0 in the eq. we get
3x+4×0=6
3x=6
x=6/3=2
so it cut x axis at x=2.
hope it helps
