Answer ⇒ 819° C or 1092 K.

Explanation ⇒ We know speed of the sound is directly proportional to the under root of the temperature.

Let the speed of the sound at 0° C or 273 K ve V.

When speed will become 2V, then let temperature be T'.

∴ V'/V = √(T'/T)

∴ 2V/V = √(T'/273)

∴ 2 = √(T'/273)

∴ T'/273 = 4

∴ T' = 273 × 4

∴ T' = 1092 K.

OR T' = 1092 - 273 = 819° C.

Hope it helps.

Zero degrees Celsius is equal to 273.16 kelvins, so the temperature at which the speed of sound double is 4x273. 16 kelvins or 819 degrees Celsisu.❤️
