C= 12
H=1
O=16


So atomic mass of glucose is.
12×6 + 1×12 + 16×6
= 72 + 12 + 96
= 180 g.

therefore it is a molecular mass
and
C6H12O6=12*6+1*12+16*6
=72+12+96
=180
