Number of electrons =number of protons =13
Number of neutrons =mass number - atomic number =27-13=14

Explanation:

Aluminium has valency 3.

before the formation of ion ,it has

electrons =13

protons = 13

neutrons =14

after the ion formation ,it looses 3 electrons

so, electrons = 13-3 = 10

protons =13

neutrons =14.
