Element having atomic no. 4=x=Beryllium
Element having atomic no. 11=y=Sodium
Element having atomic no. 12=z=Magnesium
The element having highest ionization potential is beryllium having atomic number 4 because ionisation potential decreases from top to bottom due to decrease in nuclear charge and increases from left to right to to increase in nuclear charge.
