Hi dude ,

yes o(oxygen) is smaller than beryllium because the atomic radius for O2 is 60pm
and atomic radius for beryllium is 190pm

Yes , Atomic raddi of oxygen is smaller than beryllium , this because when we go from left to right along the period due to the increase in neuclear chargees atomic radii decreases
