atoms are stable through negatively charged electron involving with in it because in the inside of the atom of the nucleus there are protons and neutron present and protons carries positive charge and outside the nucleus there are electrons moving around the nucleus in their orbit and thus electron carries negative charge and thus equal number of charges which are positive and negative become neutral.
