Hi there
This is definition of Chemical Isotopes.
In chemistry Isotopes are variants of the same chemical element which have unique number of protons-atomic number and differ in number of neutrons. For example, isotopes of Hydrogen are: Hydrogen (one proton in atomic nucleus and zero neutrons), Deuterium (one proton and one neutron in atomic nucleus) and Tritium (one proton and two neutrons in atomic nucleus).
or
element like hydrogen but with different number of neutrons then it is called an isotope like protium(0), deuterium(1), tritium(2)
If you’re talking about different elements with same neutron number then they are isotones, like Boron B12(7) and Carbon C13(7) both have same number of neutrons.
Thank You

hey I think your answer is
"ELEMENTS"
because atoms which are similar and identical are called elements and they have same no. of protons, electrons and neutrons.
hope it helps............
