➡️✒\underline{Working\:of\:the\:human\:ear.. }

The ear consist of three compartments outer ear, inner ear and middle ear. The part of ear which we see outside the head is called Outer ear. It consists of a board funnel like-part called pinna and about 2cm to 3cm long passage called ear canal. At the end of ear canal is a thin elastic and circular membrane called eardrum which is also called tympanum. The sound waves are collected by the pinna of outer ear this sound waves pass through the ear canal and fall on the ear drum. The ear drum starts vibrating back and forth rapidly. The eardrum than sends vibrations to the middle ear and than through the inner ear from their the signals goes to brain, this is how we hear.
