thin metallic spherical shell contains a charge Q on it . A point charge q is placed at the centre of the shell and another charge q1 is placed outside it as shown in figure . All the three charges are +ve .

Charges on the outer surface of sphere will arrange in such a way that due external charges there is no force on inner charges.

But the force due to charge on inner surface of sphere is zero . Therfore Fnet on q is zero
