1) Positive programmes and

2) Negative programmes.

• Positive programmes include,

i) Use of Swadeshi goods

ii) Raising of 1 crore rupees fund for implementing the activities of Non-cooperation.

iii) Distribution of 20 lakhs charkhas to the unemployed Indians.

iv) Formation and Implementation of National Educational plans and

v) Setting up of Congress Legislature Bodies in place of British Legislative Bodies.

• Negative programmes include,

i) Boycotting Foreign Goods.

ii) Renouncing the British titles and Honorary offices.

iii) Abstaining from the Government sponsored meetings.

iv) Boycotting British Courts.

v) Boycotting the election to the Legislative Councils and

vi) Resigning from the Membership of Local Bodies.
