Auto Relaunch: if the two reported Answers were both deleted as JUNK, do you Think App should relaunch the question automatically?

that totally depends upon the questions
if that's too a JUNK then it must be deleted as well but if it's not
then there is no problem in its auto relaunch

I think the whole concept of points and ranks be deleted. It will eliminate the fun factor from this app, it will lose users, but those who remain, are gonna be the actually studious people.
Some examples of such sites are: doubtnut, toppr, meritnation.
