Answer: The brook is lively, swift and energetic at the beginning just like any beginning of a human being, it falls from great altitude mountains passes fertile and fallow lands and gradually slows down when it drains into its natural source. The difference between the brook and a human is "For Men may come and Men may go but I go on FOREVER".
Which mean though men die and others are born, The brook is immortal.
