Water evaporates gets condensed and falls in the form of rain. With the increase in construction activities the water does not get stored on ground, but runs to river and sea. With the global warming phenomena humidity is high in atmosphere.
Appropriate steps need to be taken for rain harvesting otherwise situation will be out of control. Quantity of water is same only its location is changed.
