let the % i which B10 exist is x%
therfore the % i which B11exist = (100-x)%
average atomic mass= x *10/100 +(100-X)*11/100
10.10= 10x/100 +1100-11x/100
1010= 1100 -x
x= 90
therefore the % i which B10 exist is 90%
therfore the % i which B11exist = (100-90)% =10%(a)
