Hello friend...

G is universal constant of gravitation and is constant anywhere in universe. What varies is g (acceleration due to gravitational force) which depends on mass and size of a body. So don’t get confused with G and g as they represent completely different things.

So the value of G is same as it is on earth or anywhere in universe. The value of G is 6.754×10^−11 m^3*kg^−1*s^−2.

Hope this helps you...

khannaved79: i want the values for small g
DaringRobber: okkk
DaringRobber: the acceleration of gravity on the surface of the earth at sea level is 9.8 m/s2.

The value of g on earth is 9.8m/s^2
and it's value on moon is 1/6th of g on earth.

1/6 of 9.8
1/3×4.9
4.9/3
1.63 m/s^2

Hence it's value on earth is 9.8 m/s^2
on moon is 1.63 m/s^2
