This statement to avoid sugar is very important and necessary no matter how old you are. This problem of loving and eating sugar starts in childhood and goes up till old age.

During childhood, parents like to gift children chocolates when they achieve something or on their birthdays. They don't realize that this habit of theirs will make the children suffer later due to bad hygiene problems. The children will suffer from tooth pains later in their lives and at that time they will not be able to do anything about it. The best way will be if parents and relatives stop this behavior in the bud itself. If they are able to do this the lives of children will be sweeter.

During teenage, excess sugar results in acne problems and obesity problems. Teenagers want to enjoy their lives and do not want to have responsibilities on their heads like what to eat and what not to eat. They don't understand that what they can avoid now will help their health when they become old. So if they avoid sugar even the lives of teenagers will be sweeter than if they continue to spoil their health by taking sugar in chocolates and milkshakes.

In old age, the obvious health problem due to eating excess sugar is diabetes. Diabetes is a chronic health condition that affects the way in which our body turns food into energy. Our body breaks down most of the food you eat into sugar and then releases it into our bloodstream.

This is a very deadly disease and if proper care is not taken to avoid sugar the person who has diabetes may even die. So doctors tell these patients to avoid taking sugar but actually by that time they get used to eating sugar and this breakaway from sugar is very hard.

So it will be better to stop taking sugar from the very beginning. Sugar enters our bodies in many ways. The first thing that a person puts into his mouth is a cup of tea that contains sugar. At the end of the day, the person likes to eat desserts which are again made up of sugar. So this usual habit of people will have to be changed in some way or the other.

So a change in people's lifestyle can be brought about in this way. The tea that a person requires to start his day with can be made without sugar. A conscious effort should be made to avoid eating sugar and things made of sugar throughout the day. The things made of sugar include different kinds of sweets, chocolates, and many other things.

Even at the end of the day instead of eating desserts, this should be converted to eating fruits. This is much healthier than eating desserts.

If we make this conscious effort to stop eating sugar at different stages of our lives our lives will undoubtedly become sweeter.
