We have been given two equations :-

ax + by = c
and mx + ny = d

also,
an ≠ bm
=> a/m ≠ b/n

which is a condition for unique solution
so, the answer is
A) only one solution

a/m = b/n
an = bm
according to your question
an is not equal to bm
now ,
A) only one solution
is a right answer
