solution,

= 4x²y2 - (2+2)xyz + z2

= 4x²y2 - 2xyz - 2xyz + z2

= 2xy(2xy - z) - z(2xy- z)

= (2xy - z) ( 2xy - z)

= (2xy - z)^2
