potential difference across the resistor.

Time(t) = 1 sec
Resistance = 5

We know,
E = I
²Rt
80 = I² * 5 * 1
16 = I²
4 = I
or I = 4 A

Now,
V = IR
V = 4*5
V = 20 V

R =5 ohms

H=I^RT
80=I^5*1
80=I^5
I^=80/5
I^=16
I=root of 16
I=4A

V=IR
=4*5
=20V
