The cost of goods in Delhi will be 9322 rupees

A dealer in Kanpur (UP) supplies goods worth 5000 to a dealer in Meerut.

Now the Kanpur dealer will charge 5000*118/100 from Meerut dealer because of GST.

I.e., the Meerut dealer has to pay 5900 rupees to the Kanpur dealer.

Now, The dealer in Meerut supplies the same goods/ services to a dealer in

Delhi at a profit of 2000.

Hence the total selling price will be (5900+2000)=7900 rupees.

Adding GST we get the total price 7900*118/100=9322 rupees.

Hence, the cost of goods in Delhi will be 9322 rupees.
