Mass of 1 brick = 2.5 kg
Mass of 100 bricks = 2.5*10
                               = 25 kg
Height = 20 meter
Potential energy = mgh
                           = 25*10*20
                           = 5000 J

Time = 50 seconds
Power = Work / Time
           = 5000/50
           = 500 W
