• Step 1: Click on any cell or a range of cells from which you wish to remove duplicate entries.

• Step 2: In the menu, locate the 'Data' option.

• Step 3: We will find the ' Remove Duplicates' option under the 'Data' tab. Click on it.

• Step 4: A 'Remove Duplicates" dialogue box will appear. If the data has header rows, click the 'Data has header row' checkbox. Below it, a list of all the columns of the data will be displayed. Select all of them.

• Step 5: Select the 'Remove Duplicates' option given below. On doing this, the repeated entries will instantly be deleted.
