- Ice has better cooling effect at 0°C than water as Water has latent heat of fusion while Ice doesnt have.
- Water will have higher energy due to latent heat of fusion. Further Ice has strong intermolecular force of attraction which also stops the energy.
- Steam has higher energy as steam has latent heat of vaporisation and latent heat of fusion while water at 100°C has only latent heat of fusion.
