Prove that : sinh^-1(cotx) = log(cotx + cosecx)

Answer:

cscx−cotx=tan(x2)

cscx−cotx=1sinx−cosxsinx

=1−cosxsinx=(1−cosx)(1+cosx)sinx(1+cosx)=(1−cos2x)sinx(1+cosx)

=(sin2x)sinx(1+cosx)

=(sinx)(1+cosx)=(2sinx2cosx2)(2cos2x2)=tan(x2)
