Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to inform you about the damaged computer that I received this week from your place. The computer that I saw and checked at your shop was in fine condition and working properly as it should. But when I received the delivery of this computer this week, it was looking fine at first glance but when I looked again closely, I noticed that there were little scratches on the monitor. Then when I turned the computer, the display was showing bad colors and was bit pixelated. I have to send this back to you and hope you find the faults in it and get it repaired.
