A. Bablu : 1 , Ramesh : 0

Bablu can make  1 triangle.

Ramesh cannot make any triangle.

Explanation:

Triangle inequality : The sum of any two sides of a triangle is greater than the third side.

Given  : Bablu has three sticks of lengths 3,4 and 5 cm.

Ramesh has three sticks of lengths of 3,5 and 9 cm.

For Bablu,

3+4>5

4+5>3

5+3 >4

So , he can make a triangle.

Also, There is only one triangle is possible with any given three sides.

∴ Bablu can make  1 triangle.

For Ramesh ,

3+5 < 9

i.e. It does not follow the triangle inequality .

⇒There is no triangle possible with these three sides.

∴ Ramesh cannot make any triangle.

So , the correct answer is : A. Bablu:1 , Ramesh:0
