A)

Reaction :- Sodium Hydroxide + Hydroxide acid = Sodium Chloride + Water

Balanced equation :-

NaOH + HCl ---> NaCl + H2O it is already balanced

B)

Reaction :- Barium Chloride reacts with liquid Sodium Sulphate to leave Barium Sulphate

Balanced equation :-

BaCl2 (L) + Na2SO4 (L) ----> BaSO4 (S) + 2NaCl ( sodium chloride as salt, in liquid state)

Answer:

( a ). 2NaOH + 2HCl ➡️ 2NaCL + 2H2O

( Neutralisation Reaction)

( b ). BaCl2 + Na2SO4 ➡️ BASO4 + 2 NaCl

( Double Displacement Reaction)
