Heya mate✋✋
_______________
Here is the answer ⤵
Mg(s)+ H2SO4(dil.)---------> MgSo4(aq.) + H2(g)
Your equation is wrong because when metal reacts with acid, it produces salt and hydrogen gas not water.
And MgSO4 is salt here with the production of H2 ( hydrogen gas)
And this equation is balanced already.

Hope it helps✌✌
Thanks!!!

dilute sulphuric acid reacts with Magnesium
the products are MgSO4 and hydrogen.
=> dilute Sulphuric Acid + Mg → Mg Sulphate + Hydrogen Gas
=> H2SO4(aq) + Mg(s) => MgSO4(aq) + H2(g)
