Answer:

BALANCE IS BENEFICIAL (around 500 words)

Undoubtedly, balance is the most important factor to keep a mechanism running smoothly without any glitch. Balance is really important, consider a dish cooked without any perfect equilibrium in the quantity of each element. Would you taste it? Similarly if a fast-moving vehicle loses its balance and goes out of control....the fate will be an accident. So the effects of improper balance can range between a dish that tastes bad to a severe injury.

In a student's life, mental and physical balance are important. To enhance this, we must make sure to have a perfect balance between studies and fresh air. spending time with family is as important as studying, Socially interacting with people and spending time with loved ones will help mentally. Sports and fresh air will help physically. If a person is fit mentally and physically automatically he will be able to concentrate on studies.

It's of no doubt that the best way to describe today's world is by saying that it's stress-ridden. The 120Km/hr speed aggravates the situation further or in my opinion worsens the situation, our condition. In today's world it is difficult to find a person who can stay composed at all times. Obviously, life can be made better with a calm mind not an agitated one. A calm mind is the first prerequisite for a student. Only a calm student can shine brightly in studies. This point brings us back to the importance of a balanced life.

With the growing competition in the world, the standards are increasing. Students are increasing the height of their goals. To accomplish these goals, one has to devote the maximum of their time to studies. This automatically reduces their time outdoors and socially. In these conditions the student is definitely likely to feel stress. Under this stress, how much ever excellent the student is in his studies, do you think he'll be happy? Or will he be healthy? This in the long run will show negative impact in the studies too.

The core point here is that a student, who is balanced in all aspects will have a good and improving academic graph in both short-run and long-run. Whereas a poorly balanced life may show excellence in the short-run but int he long-run it is bound to show a negative impact.

Each and every individual needs to understand that keeping a proper balance is beneficial to none other than themselves. Balance is important or life, for its sustenance.

It is also important to note that when an individual loses balance, a decrease in performance occurs. Along with this the person is bound to face an injury. It is important to stay balanced and composed as balance is a part of everything we do. Most importantly "Balance is not something you find, it is something that you create".

Last but definitely not the least "The balance in your life is more important than the balance in your bank account".
