Answer:

Larger the mass of our body, more is the opposition to the change in its state of motion i.e. more is the inertia of the body. Thus, mass gives the property of inertia to the body, hence mass is said to be the measure of inertia.

Thus, all objects resist the change in their state of motion. This resistance is known as the inertia of the body. Greater the inertia, greater will be the force required to bring a change in its state of rest or uniform motion. Hence, mass is a measure of inertia of the body.

Answer:

We know

Inertia is defined as the tendancy of an object to resist any change in it's state, whether it's in motion or rest,Each and every object in the world has inertia

Also Inertia depends on the mass of an object

that is if an object has 5kg mass, then it has more inertia comparing to an object of 2kg

An example could be

while pushing a box of 10kg you've to apply a higher unbalanced force, and in case of an object with 2kg,it requires less force

More the force,makes more effort

that is if an object has high weight then inertia must be high

3 types of inertia are

*Inertia Of Direction

*Inertia Of Motion

*Inertia Of Rest

Hope it helps
