Let Manjo's age be = x
So, Banjos's age will be = 4x

After 5 years,
Manjo's age will be = x + 5
So, Banjos's age will be = 3 ( x + 5 )

Now, Banjos's age should be equal to the previous age his age is constant in the present.

So,
3 ( x + 5 ) = 4x
3x + 15 = 4x
3x = 4x - 15
3x - 4x = -15
-1x = -15
x = 15

So banjos age is 4x = 4* 15 = 60

OR

Banjos age will be 3 ( x + 5)
= 3 ( 15 + 5 )
= 3 * 20
= 60
