banks are present everywhere but it is very difficult for Poor household to get loan from a bank then taking a loan from informal source why it is so

according to this question it means that that the poor people who live in village are illiterate or uneducated and unemployment so they did not do any work at home so they fear about cholesterol and documentation of bank so they take loan from informal sources such as money lenders traders etc

banks are present everywhere but it is very difficult for poor household to get loan from a bank than taking a loan from informal source because:-
i) rural people often lack in proper documentation for taking loans from bank but they don't need any such thing for taking loans from large farmers or moneylenders because they know them personally and are eager to give loans.

ii) rural people can go to moneylenders for a fresh loan without paying the previous one but they cannot do such things in a bank.

But, nowadays, due to active participation of government in this case, self help groups(SHGs) have started working which enhance the economic stability of the rural people.
