In the absence of the trade unions, employers may start commencing the exploitation of workers. They use to negotiate with the associations by putting forward the demand of employers. the obstacles of workers to the associations. But trade unions required to be transparent and should not be inclined towards fraud. Trade unions should stand firm for the benefit of companies and also for the growth of employers.
