Answer:

Triangle 1 --

Area = ½ × b × h

= ½ × 9× 5

= ½ × 45

= 45/2

= 22.5 cm².

Triangle 2 --

Area = ½ × b× h

= ½ × 10 × 6

= ½ × 60

= 60/2

= 30 cm².

Ratio of traingle 1 to traingle 2 = 22.5 : 30

= 7.5 : 10

= 1.5 : 2

So, answer is 1.5 : 2.........

Answer:

Let ABC and PQR be two right triangles with AB ⊥ BC and PQ ⊥ QR.

Given:

BC = 9, AB = 5, PQ = 6 and QR = 10.

∴A(△ABC)/A(△PQR)

=AB×BC/PQ×QR

=5×9/6×10

=3/4
