ratio of the volumes of two cylinders are

 = > \frac{\pi {r}^{2}h }{\pi {r}^{2} h}

 ({ \frac{2}{3} )}^{2} \times \frac{5}{3}

=>4/9×5/3

=>20/27

Hence the ratio of their volumes is

=> 20:27
