Matter can niether be created nor be destroyed in a chemical reaction

So,

1) law of conservation of mass states that during any chemical reaction matter neither be created nor destroyed.

2)law of conservation of matter / mass states that during a any chemical reaction total mass number of atoms of reactant are equal to the total mass number of atoms of product.

it simply States that

mass of reactant = mass of product .
