Methyl group is a +I effect group. Presence of +I groups in amines increases the basicity of the amine. Tertiary amines will have the highest basic character. So the order will be,

Tertiary amine > Secondary amine > Primary amine > Ammonia

For methyl amines,

Trimethylamine > Dimethylamine > Methylamine > Ammonia

(CH_3)_3N > (CH_3)_2NH > CH_3NH_2 > NH_3
