Basically iam an introvert.so what i have to do to get out of it.Plz i need proper answer no spam

try to accept other people's opinions.. when that happens u start to give your opinion to others too.. and u will be comfortable to share your view. Try to connect to people in physical conversation rather than in virtual conversation in social media.

Hey friend,
Here are some efficient tips to be a less introvert:
1). Keep Daring yourself: When you want to remove your shyness to do a important thing..For eg..A public event or organizing a function then before that you should keep giving yourself little task like- To speak loudly/confidently infront of friends/relatives,always take part in small activities in schools,etc.
2). Think yourself as the person you want to become: When you want to do something important and you feel nervous,think of the person(who you know) who speaks confidently or does not get nervous.For eg. Think yourslef the Head Girl/boy (who is more fluent and confident then you) and try to behave like her as if you are the head girl/boy. You will observe changes in your behaviour.
3).Improove body language- While talking,try to look into the person eyes,Stand straight and confidently.
It will make you look confident of yourself.
4). Improve yourself/Show your hidden talents: Improve yourself in academics or some other activities you like and is expert in it (for eg-hobbies).When you will get appreciation for the things you do.Then you will feel more confident about yourself.
5).Make a little more extovert friend--Your personality changes according to the person you spend time with.
