Basis of distribution of the Jurisdiction of Indian court:
There are four basis of jurisdiction applied on the distribution of Indian Court which are enlisted below as the following,
- Jurisdiction of Subject Matter – where authority hears the particular case for the particular subject
- Jurisdiction of Territory – here the geographical area is marked as territory for the limit of jurisdiction
- Jurisdiction of Pecuniary – here the jurisdiction is in agreement with monetarily value or importance for their suit.
- Jurisdiction of Appellate – here the representation of case is done on re-appeal for their judiciary review.
