While most bats do have advanced ears that give them a form of vision in the dark known as echolocation, these good ears does not require them to have bad eyes. ... Megabats have large eyes and depend on vision to orient themselves during flight and to find food.

bats have poor eyesight but they fly in the dark because of supersonic waves they release supersonic waves and the supersonic waves again come to the bat after colliding with the substances so the bat do not collide with any substance in the dark this is called as ecoholation
