Answer volume of solution =1000 ml

Weight of. Solution =1000 x1.21=1210

Explanation:

Moles of solute =4.22 M means 4. moles in 1 litre solution.

Weight of. Solute =4.22 x98 =413.5.g

Weight of solvent =1210-413.5= 796.4

molality =moles /solvent wt /* 1000

=4.22/796x1000 = 5.29moles/kg

2. Nd. Method

m = Mx1000/1000xd -MM'

M' molecular mass of solute

M = molarity

m = 1000x4.22/1000x1.21 -4.22 x98

m =4220/1210 -413.56

m =4220/796.4 =5.29 mole/kg
