constitution as we all know is a book in which the rules regulations norms are written which are to be followed by the country as well as buy those who govern the country but you question is what do we mean by philosophy of the Constitution well it's nothing but just the ideas and the ideologies of the Constitution that comprise it our constitution is dynamic because it has the provision of amendments and in this way anything that scenes uncomfortable for the country they can change it according to the oval by the representatives the philosophy of the Constitution says I am not just a collection of pages and a cover but I am the ultimate power of the country according to whose rule the country shall go and it is quite common to see that the countries who don't have a written constitution are idhar very developed than India are not developed all the philosophy of the constitution is the ideologies according to which a country is governed and it is better than the form of dictatorship and monarchy
