Dear Karan,
I hope you are doing well and are in high spirits. I am writing you this letter because I got to know something about you.
While talking to you mother, when I met her, she told me how you waste your time on your cell-phone. I know cell-phones can be addicting, I went through the same thing but you have to understand that it is harmful and risky. It not only affects your physical health but also mental. Playing games on cell-phones for a longer period of time would give you anxiety and stress whereas if you use social media apps more than the advised time then you may get addicted to them. Using cell-phones mean you aren't exercising and moving much lately, please don't do that, it's extremely harmful for your health.
I know it's tough controlling this habit but we are all with you. Do it for us as well as yourself. I hope you think about this and don't let it affect your health. Greetings to your mom and dad and eagerly waiting for your response.
