Beautiful appearance is not enough example answer

One of my friends invited me to his housewarming party.

It was very beautiful
in appearance with
expensive paints.

Two years later he invited me to the same house again.

I was shocked to see that the house had deteriorated
badly.

Then i came to know that he spent all the money on painting and furniture but used low quality cement.
